How your book is made and shipped

Every Bookarino book is made to order. Nothing is printed until your order is placed. Once you order:

Production — your book is printed, bound and quality-checked.
Printing location — your book is printed close to you: a United Kingdom order is printed in the United Kingdom, and a United States order is printed in the United States. Because your book never crosses a border, there are no customs charges and no import duties.
Dispatch and tracking — the moment your book ships, we email you a tracking link.

All timeframes are estimates based on production and carrier data, not guarantees; carriers occasionally run late, especially around holidays. Ordering for a birthday or a specific date? Add a few days of buffer, and if you are cutting it close, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it.

Wrong address?

Double-check your delivery address at checkout — books are dispatched quickly. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately and we can correct it any time before your book goes to print. If a parcel is returned to us because the address given was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; a reshipping fee may apply.

If something goes wrong

If your book is lost in transit or arrives damaged, tell us and we will refund you in full. You do not need to send anything back. See our Refund Policy for the full guarantee.
